Before you order

How do I pay?

By bank card (Visa, Mastercard, including foreign cards) or by mobile money (Orange Money, MTN, Wave). Payment is secured by Paystack.

Can I see prices in euros or dollars?

Yes, choose your currency on the product page. Payment is always charged in FCFA: your bank converts the amount at the current rate.

Which version of Excel do I need?

Excel 2016 or later (Windows or Mac), or Excel for the web. The workbooks have been tested with Microsoft Excel for Windows (Microsoft 365).

Do the files work with Google Sheets?

Yes, after importing the file (Google Drive > New > File upload). The formulas used exist in Google Sheets; charts and some formatting may look different.

Are there any macros?

No. No workbook contains macros or add-ins to install.

Can I see the product before downloading it?

Each product page shows real screenshots of the workbooks, with fictitious sample data, the list of sheets, features and known limits.

Are the kits certified or official?

No. The methods rely on recognized sources, cited in each kit’s REFERENCES file, but no kit is certified or endorsed by any body (PMI, ISO, OECD or other).

After your order

How do I download my files?

Once your payment is confirmed, the link appears on the confirmation page, in the order email and in “My account > Downloads”. Each link is personal, limited to 5 downloads and valid for 30 days: save a backup copy.

I didn’t receive the order email.

Check your spam folder, then log in to “My account”. If the problem persists, contactsupport with your order number.

The cells are protected: how do I change them?

Calculation cells are protected without a password so that a formula is not deleted by mistake: Review > Unprotect Sheet.

How do I clear the sample data?

Clear only the yellow cells of the input sheets, without deleting any rows or columns. The PDF guide explains the procedure.

Licence

Can I share the file with my team?

No: one licence covers one user. You can share the results (reports, PDF exports, charts), not the template file. For several users, request a team licence viasupport.

I am a consultant: can I use it for my clients?

Yes to run their assignments and hand over your results; no to hand over the template file. Read the full licence (FR).
